This Privacy Policy describes how Parallel Minds ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application ("App").

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Display Name: The name you enter during onboarding to identify yourself in games.
• Game Data: Your answers, scores, and game history created while playing.

Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous Account ID: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a unique identifier for your account. No email, phone number, or password is required.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and analytics.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including screens viewed, games played, and features used, collected through Firebase Analytics.
• Crash Reports: Automatic crash logs collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• FCM Token: A push notification token to send you game-related notifications.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To enable multiplayer gameplay between users
• To display your name and scores to other players in shared games
• To send push notifications about game invites and updates
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the App
• To diagnose and fix technical issues
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and push notifications. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and cookies to serve personalized ads. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing: To process in-app purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is not accessible to us.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. We implement appropriate security rules to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. Game data is stored indefinitely to maintain your game history. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Profile settings.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the App's Profile screen
• Contacting us at support@snowcorp.org

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your user profile, game history, and all associated data from our servers.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Premium users who purchase the ad-free upgrade will not see any advertisements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
