Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and designs created specifically for their project, excluding any pre-existing Snowcorp intellectual property or third-party components.
We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process.
Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results or performance metrics.
To ensure quality, security, and timely delivery, Snowcorp retains the final decision on technical implementation, architecture, tooling, and project execution matters (including task prioritization and sprint planning), provided that deliverables remain aligned with the agreed scope and written requirements.
The client retains final approval on milestone sign-off and business/content decisions related to their brand, subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement or statement of work.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gangapur City, Rajasthan.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
